During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and full legal name. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

24ph reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of request may result in account closure.
All deposits to your 24ph account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 24ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, QR Ph (InstaPay), and GrabPay. Accepted payment methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are posted on the Payments section of the Platform and are subject to change.
Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payer is a different person from the account holder — are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
24ph does not charge deposit fees on standard e-wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transfer fees. 24ph accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds on your 24ph account. 24ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not linked to a verified Philippine identity.
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved:
Standard withdrawal processing time for GCash and Maya is typically between five (5) and thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO) may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are targets and may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
24ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding amounts defined in internal AML thresholds, and may request additional documentation before approving such withdrawals.
24ph offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, details of which are published on the Promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which supplement these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 24ph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
24ph's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
24ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 24ph will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
24ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and personalised communications.
24ph may be required to disclose Player data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other regulatory authorities in connection with their lawful oversight functions. Such disclosures are made in compliance with applicable legal obligations and do not require your prior consent where mandated by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 24ph arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 24ph customer support. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through our support team within five (5) business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree that any claim against 24ph must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
24ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 24ph will provide notice to registered Players via the registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the 24ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 11.
